I'd say partially black and white or colors depending on the mood, situation and atmosphere of the comic/story (E.g. a sad, cold scene would be black and white and bleak. A happy scene will be vibrant in colors or a climax of the story would be burst in wild colors.):D Hard to explain now but once I'm done, you'll know. Thanks!

ah yeah that's cool. I tried that out a time back with mine..
First panels, where the maincharacter is happy, it is in bright colors..
But whenever he feel fear, it goes over to grayscale..
It comes to a point where there is a panel where the colors get weaker, as his dad walks in (he's afraid of his dad) and it scales into gray again.
Its worth a try :D
